Since 2000 El.En. S.p.A. has listed on the MTA stock market of Borsa Italiana and has been a member, since its establishment in 2004, of the Star segment, where the securities of companies that meet particular requirements of excellence in terms of transparency, liquidity and international governance standards are traded. The El.En. group also belongs to Eurostar.
El.En. Group creates value for its shareholders and distributes part of its profits in the form of dividends. On 27 April, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the parent company approved the financial statements for the financial year 2022 and resolved to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.22 gross per outstanding share, for a total amount as of the date of the resolution of EUR 17,573,198.
